We Still Need Your Help!

Plans for a world-class community concert hall at 150 Elgin Street are moving forward!

The Ottawa Chamber Music Society (OCMS) is very pleased to announce it has reached another goal in its fundraising campaign for the Community Concert Hall on Elgin Street. The Federal Government has pledged to contribute up to 8 million dollars and the City of Ottawa has granted the requested extension. The OCMS wishes to thank all those who helped bring this about. Your time and effort are very much appreciated, and it was a true team effort. Thank you!

While we are even closer to meeting the Hall’s total projected cost of 38 million dollars, all public funding is contingent on a commitment from each level of government that we put all the fundraising pieces in place. We are actively searching for a naming sponsor and we feel both hopeful and confident that our efforts will be rewarded.

But we still need your help.

A large portion of the funds required to make the concert hall dream come true need to come from you, the public. Please consider making a donation or pledge to the Community Concert Hall campaign fund.
