Donate to the Online Auction

We are actively seeking donors to The Concert Hall: Auction for the Arts to raise funds for the development of The Concert Hall.

Raise awareness about your business:

Name recognition - your logo on every item you donate;
A web link to your business/organization for every item you donate;
Your name as a partner/donor on the OCMS website;
Media coverage for our previous Online Auctions has included the Ottawa Citizen,
CJOH, Ottawa Life, Ottawa Sun, and Capital Style.

How can you get involved?

Contribute an item or service to the Online Auction along with a description, photo and other information.

Download and fill in the Concert Hall Online Auction for the Arts FAX BACK form (PDF 320 KB - you will need the acrobat reader ** ), and fax it to us at: 613-234-7692.

More detailed item descriptions, digital photos, and logos (please do not fax these) may be sent via email to: auction2@chamberfest.com.

Every lot will include a description of the item(s), photos, retail value, the contributor's name and/or organization, and a link to your website.

Items donated may be grouped for more market appeal, for example: a weekend getaway with restaurant and concert ticket vouchers.

Donations of goods (not services) will be eligible for a receipt for income tax purposes, issued by the Ottawa Chamber Music Society.

Share in making The Concert Hall a reality;

Auction participants are notified by e-mail when they are outbid and successful bidders are informed moments after bidding has closed on an item.
