Career Development Residency

An annual program for chamber ensembles in the early stages of their professional career. This residency immerses young artists into the summer festival, providing them with real world experiences that teach them how to be arts entrepreneurs: applying their skills in creative and visible ways that maximize community resources. This includes:

• Interactive performances and workshops for children
• Public performances for general audiences
• Special performances and workshops for organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club and Health Arts Society
• Mentorship sessions with well-established guest artists
