HST

• All prices are exclusive of fees and HST.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

• There are no refunds. All sales final.
• Tickets may be exchanged for another Chamberfest concert (subject to availability). Any difference in price will be charged accordingly.
• Patrons who feel unwell are encouraged to stay home and contact the box office to exchange their tickets.

CHILDREN

• Tickets for children 12 and under are free and can only be reserved by calling our box office at 613-234-6306.
• Children must be seated with a parent or guardian. Ask us about age recommendations.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING AND TICKETS

• If you or someone in your party requires accessible seating, please call our box office at 613-234-6306.
• Accessible entrances and seating are available at our venues.

CONCERT INFORMATION

• Artists, programs, dates, and prices are subject to change without notice. If a concert must be cancelled or rescheduled, our box office will be in touch with all ticket holders to explain their options.
• Doors open 30 minutes before concert start time. Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in the performance or intermission.
• Mobile devices must be silent during the performances.
• Audio and video recording prohibited.
• No food or drink will be permitted in the sanctuary. Bottled water is allowed.
• Purchase of an in-person ticket implies agreement to be filmed, photographed, or recorded while in attendance.
