The Rosebud String Quartet was formed in 2013 in Rosebud, Alberta at the inaugural Rosebud Chamber Music Festival, an annual summertime chamber music showcase in the Alberta Badlands. Comprised of principal players from the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, Canadian Opera Company and National Ballet of Canada, the RSQ performs regularly in various Toronto-based series and chamber music festivals across Canada. Upcoming projects include an album of Haydn and Mozart chamber music with violist Steven Dann and appearances at Toronto Summer Music, Ottawa Chamberfest, Sweetwater Music Festival, and Rosebud Chamber Music Festival.
