Chamber Chats: Conversations with Ema Nikolovska

Macedonian-Canadian Mezzo-Soprano Ema Nikolovska grew up in Toronto where she studied voice with Helga Tucker and completed her undergraduate degree in violin at The Glenn Gould School. She received her Masters in Voice at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London, where she also completed the Opera Course. After touring the stages of Europe to great acclaim, Chamberfest is pleased to welcome Ema Nikolovska for her Ottawa debut April 2, with the pianist Charles Richard-Hamelin.

Chamber Chats: Conversations feature in-depth conversations led by Chamberfest Artistic Director, Carissa Klopoushak. Drawing on her rich musical background, Carissa forges special connections with our guest musicians by diving deep into topics surrounding  music, the arts, and creativity. Guest artists and creators from all over the world share their favourite stories and video clips, engaging with participants who have a virtual front-row seat to the discussion.
